Witnessed at Dusk, A light moving slowly and making no sound, not to high but suddenly a white smoky ring, for lack of a better way to describe it, "blew" out in front of the object then seemed to fly through it. Slowly faded and dimmed. Appearing almost fuzzy until it disappeared.

We witnessed this exact thing tonight, January 7th 2024 in Rusk, Tx
We saw something very similar in Allen TX around 6:12 pm on Jan 4 2024. Didn't capture it on video, however.
We saw the January 7 2024 THING also but in Lufkin getting gas . Came right down towards us but ejected light in a bubble seemed like , then faded but bubble was still there , then it was with the stars that quickly up.
