Witness Account

I worked at Cedar Chemical West Helena Arkansas back from 1972 thru 2002. The early 1980s I was on night shift around 3 or 4 in the morning out in the plant. We had many light throughout the plant. I just happen to look up and those lights illuminated a hugh bottom of a low moving platform making no sound. I could see panel that showed straight lines on its bottom and no lights from it. I'm retired and have no mental problems and will swear before my GOD this is a fact.
