Witness Account

My Daughter just reported to me that on her way home as she was traveling on the Eastbound Hwy 10 near the University Ave exit in Redlands she witnessed a very large cylindrical objects rapidly falling to the ground. She said that it had a White outer ring with a blue center.
She said the object had a smooth texture and appeared to drop out of the sky in an almost vertical path to the ground with no smoke. Fire or other signs of impact
