While walking my dogs, I saw a vertical row of 7 lights, thought I heard jets, they lined up east over the Pacific and swent up one at a time, vanishing but leaving a halo then the next one would move up. This area seemed to be being monitored by 3 or 4 other lights with rows of while lights across the front that curved as to go back wards or around the sides and are still there. Theses were individually controlled and coordinated maneuvers near the Humboldt Airport and the Coast Guard Station but positioned more south over McKinleyville, Ca. and were watched by several neighbors and my wife and myself.
