A long string of more than 25 lights that moved silently through the sky then disappeared as if behind a cloud, but other stars were visible in that spot.

I saw this as well and obtained video of it. saw it driving north on 23 in ann arbor. Happened at 7:38 pm. did not appear to be moving at all and then just disappeared.
