around 3 am I couldn’t sleep and decided to look up at the sky. At what I thought at first to be a bright star, it started moving up and down side to side at very fast speeds those greater than at what a plane would move at. It would also hover for about 30 seconds then move in a weird direction fairly fast. It would also be hard to see from time the time as the light would dim and then get brighter.
