Driving south next to exit 10B on Sprain Brook Parkway. Time was 7:40pm.
Oval shape yellowish light, it did not move, but after 3 secondsish the light got weak and I coukd see smaller lights underneath it. Then the light got strong again, still no movement. After the light started fading away until it was gone.
