Witness Account

I was in the Us Army in my AIT training in Fort Leonard Woods.
A friend took a photo of me on my heavy equipment.
On the top left hand side, they was something flying real fast where it had a flash.
I have a photo of it and wanted to share it with your readers or the right authorities.
I always wanted to get it looked at and determine what it might be.
Please let me know.
