I went outside to close my chicken coop at about 1030pm, I happened to look up just in time to catch the tail end of what at first appeared to be a typical shooting star.
However, as I watched the flash of light dissipate, I could clearly see an object remained in the trajectory of the light, but it was now moving much much slower and the angle it was now moving across the sky had changed dramatically. Then it slowly vanished as it kept moving forward and every single hair on my body stood up.
