Witness Account
2 lights. Stationary. One light smaller than the other. Very bright white lights. Pretty sure not planets. I was facing the western sky around 9:55 pm and watched for about 15 minutes. Took video on my smart phone. Never seen lights like that. Did see airplanes fly by the lights.
