Solid Bright red light in Eastern sky. Non moving for at least 15 minutes. Lined up telescope, no body visible, saw it had 2 red lights in a line, with a blinking green light. Once I went to take a picture, the green light turned blinking red and the object started moving south.
At that time, all 3 lights were blinking red, could be seen without telescope. It then moved south by southeast out of sight.
