Me and mom mom were driving home from work when we saw 3 blinding lights in the empty sky there was no clouds that day there was a light beam shining down from the 3 lights. We turn the car around for a better look an we saw it then it suddenly just vanished into nothing,

I may have seen the same around that time. I saw something coming from the southern sky at around 9 pm described the same as you. It had e bright shining lights that shines from the front Appearing as if there were clouds in front of fog coming from the lights. I looked at it through my monoculars at high zoom. I was watching from Clackamas area as it moved Orth bound. There was nobody around to witness it with me. But I've never seen anything like it or anything that resembled it. It was larger than a jet or other craft that I know of . The lights were extremely bright and again they radiated a fog of some sort surrounding the bright lights. Maybe we saw the same thing.
