Witness Account

One night in Brooklyn NY my Brother and I was sitting in my dad's 1978 Malibu waiting for a friend to come out from his house on Myrtle Ave, me 19 at the time was sitting on the driver side seat of the car noticed what appear to be an airplane heading towards us from a 10 o'clock angle, as I looked at the airplane I jokingly told my 18 year old brother "hey look , a UFO" as we both looked at what was coming over us we noticed that it had no sound and was floating very slowly, we both couldn't believe what we were seeing, we both got out of the car in disbelief, the object was slowly coming to a stop right over us at maybe 1,000 feet, it had 5 to 6 lights forming an arrow, as it stood over us for 3 seconds hovering with absolutely no sound, it then turned at a 45 degrees and slowly floated away, it made a v shape in the sky, it is now 2023 and my brother and I will never forget what we both saw that summer of 1989.
