Right now...8:19 pm...saw a blinking "star" that was not moving in the sky...looked at it with binoculars and i could clearly see a perfectly round object with blue red white and yellow lights. It seems to be moving in place. Spinning round and round to be being round then flat with a hump of sorts on the top. It It the most spectacular thing I've ever seen. Been watching it for about an hour now. Has to be a UFO!
