At 5am while taking my cat out I was I saw something that I don't understand and I was scared because of its size. It literally was the size of a submarine I could see the black silhouette it had small white lights evenly spaced apart all the way down the length of the object with more lights on the top portion. It moved very slow absolutely silent and eventually the light dimmed out. I'm not sure if it was possibly a blimp I also live near Intel and understand that they do drone testing, but I could see the silhouette that literally looked like a submarine. I'd say I know more than average person about airplanes. For example, my favorite airplane is the British de Havilland mosquito and was made entirely of wood. It was powered by two Rolls-Royce Merlin engines the same though we're in the American P-51. It was extremely fast and primarily used in World War II. I still don't understand what I saw that morning and constantly still trying to find answers because of the object's size.
