Witness Account

Two of us were outside at about 10:20pm and saw a line of light that was angled downward, so immediately I thought it was a meteor. But then I could make out about 20 individual specks of light in a straight line, and there was no tail. The line of lights flickered so it looked like there were some red lights among them. We watched it for a few minutes as it appeared to move downward, but then it did not continue downward but moved away from us towards the horizon.
