Flying over the gulf of mexico at 3:55 pm saw a perfectly round silver ball about 200 feet in diameter between my plane and the ocean below. It shot straight down to the water surface and I snapped some photos. I wish I had been taking video but had my phone on the back of the seat in front of me. I quickly unplugged my iphone and took some Great pics but a im a bit scared to post them. Dont want the government knocking on my door. Took with Iphone 13 pro max. time and day stamped. I followed up by taking pictures of the ocean and tankers to gain a perspective of the sheer size. It was amazing.
