Texas UFO Reports

1:24 PM CST in Spring, Texas. I was in my backyard. Weather was perfect. Bright sun, clear blue sky. I was looking up at my red maple trees & realized I could see the crescent moon. I took a picture of it with my phone. A few seconds later I caught a glimpse of something in th sky glinting sunlight. As I focused my eyes on it I saw a small (grain of sand size) round metallic object. It was hovering. The entire object was also rotating in my direction, but not changing position at all. As it rotated the sun was glinting off it’s surface so I realized it was metallic. I did not see any wings, rotors, or exhaust. The object made no sound. As I swiped on my phones screen to go from photo to video mode, my phone, which had been at 50% charge went totally dead. Just a black screen so I was unable to get video or a photo of the UFO. Took the dog outside at approximately 9:30 p.m. Very dark, starry night. Saw a crescent shaped or triangular, black, silent object cruise across the sky - very low, maybe 100 yards high. Perfectly silent with no lights. I live in Woodsboro, Texas - small town of 1300 people. View Report

Went outside with my dog around 12:30am and I always look at the sky to look at the constellations and I was looking West and all of a sudden a white/orange light appeared on the horizon and moving up and an angle at a speed of nothing that I have ever seen. And then it or another one appeared towards the South moving at an angle up towards the West at an unbelievable rate of speed. After that one disappeared I looked to the South to Houston and saw another one the was heading South again at an alarming speed. This was something that was not made by humans from this world as we don’t have that technology yet and may never. Just was wondering if anyone else may have seen these also. I have seen many in my life but this is the first time that I reported one. View Report

I was taking my daughter to school around 7:15 and I looked North East and saw what I assumed was a star but that wasn’t logical because the sun was up. I watched the object while we were driving to Bullard, Texas. As I got closer to Bullard I realized it wasn’t a star but a craft sitting completely still and reflecting the sun. It was flat and very reflective and motionless. It had no condensation trails or anything that resembled a jet or plane. It definitely wasn’t a helicopter. It was the wrong shape to be a weather balloon. I’m still baffled by what I saw and I’m curious as to what it was. The object wasn’t actually in Bullard. It was much farther North East Texas. @ about 920pm, Richmond, TX, in the back yard with my dogs and looked up and saw 4 copper colored orbs streak from around Orion, over the back of the garage, loop about 3/4 of a circle over the house and disappear after flying over a few neighbor's houses. When they first appeared they were in a triangle pattern with an extra long side and resembled kinda copper light sticks then they quickly became 4 separate orbs flying in sync connected by light of a lighter copper shade first in a diamond shape then they kept changing formation and the orbs also pulsated in brightness as they changed the shape of the formation they were flying in, it or they were always in sync and the brightness of the color was changing but not the color itself. They even disappeared in sync but not all at the same exact time, if that makes any sense. I didn't get any video or photos because I was standing there with my mouth all agape going holy crap that a ufo! To even think to use the phone I had in my hand! View Report

In Austin, Texas, we were watching the bats emerge from under the Congress Avenue bridge. A white silent orb in the sky emerged from the west and traveled very slowly over us, low in the atmosphere before blowing out a smoke ring in front of its intended path and then dissipated. I first observed it just emerge into existence at 8:15 and then My Husband and I each captured video. Several people under the bridge near us observed it as well with their naked eye.

Driving home about 6:30 or 7 sun hadn't gone down completely yet and I noticed a circle glowing orb in the clouds too far away to see detail my eyes followed it because it didn't look like a plane, because of the glowing light around it, it kept a steady pace then all of a sudden a bunch of lights shot out of it in the direction it was headed, as if it had fired a bunch of shots or it got hit with something, seconds after that it faded into the clouds View Report

Witnessed at Dusk, A light moving slowly and making no sound, not to high but suddenly a white smoky ring, for lack of a better way to describe it, "blew" out in front of the object then seemed to fly through it. Slowly faded and dimmed. Appearing almost fuzzy until it disappeared. View Report

The above date could range by day or so as I have tried to explain away what I witnessed. I’m the evening around 9pm or so I was sitting out on my balcony decompressing for the day and I was looking up at the sky as I usually do where it’s not uncommon to see various airplanes and helicopters fly over (literally next door to fort hood). But this is where it got weird. I was looking Approx 280 degrees west I noticed white star-like lights in a single line and evenly spaced that seem to just appear bright and clear around 315 degrees NW and crossing in a straight line SW and then would suddenly disappear as if appearing from one tunnel and then going into another across the sky. I do not know a better way to describe the distance from appearance to disappearance other than they disappeared before crossing my house roof where I would not be able to see had they continued. This was unlike any man made aerial vehicle characteristics I’ve ever seen. They continued to show traveling across the sky for a few minutes straight. View Report

At 2 am in Livingston TX above US Hwy 59 viewed from Old Hwy 35 N a boomerang shaped flying object about 500 ft up with several dim lights appeared out of nowhere and moved slowly across the sky for about 200-300 yards and then just disappeared as fast as it appeared. View Report

I see a bright star like object from our back yard every night for the last 3-4 weeks. It does not seem to move however, after almost 2 hours it starts moving slowly to the right & then disappears. There is no sound associated with this object and seems to be flashing slightly. I am not sure what it is but for sure it is not a star or an aircraft. Even with cloudy sky covering all the stars, this object is very bright & visible. I have taken a photo of this object & I can email it necessary. View Report

I live on Galveston island, Tx. Most days I like to take a walk on the beach. Around 11:30 before noon, as I walked a few blocks west on the island, I turned to head back. Usually, I keep my head down looking for sea shells on the ground. I looked up facing east of the island. Gaido’s restaurant is on 39th St. and Seawall boulevard. As I stood on the beach at water’s edge and looked up;I saw a very large chrome object. It had a shape of “large pill, oval shaped and numerous round windows on its side”. It came out from over the Gaido’s roof, towards the beach and turned South. It was heading South along the coast until it disappeared in the foggy coast. I stood there in disbelief for a few minutes. I was on my way to work at 6:20 AM. I pulled up to the stop sign and noticed what seemed to be just a super bright blue star. I was just staring at it because of how blue it was and then it shot across the sky at an amazing speed. It was almost gliding across. But it was so far away that the speed it was going had to be incredibly fast. Just the way it went from sitting still to flying across the sky makes no sense to me. View Report

Houston Texas 653PM CST around SW area/Westbury. Right at dusk walking with my kid, look up and see what looked like a metallic balloon (not completely round) with a cloud moving with it like it was directing a cloud with zero sound. Gentle west breeze but object moving south to southeast 30-40mph. I think it was up about 1000 ft, and roughly a bus in size not including the round cloud the same size. There was a light emitting from it into the cloud. I was fumbing around with my phone to switch it to 4K 60fps but didn't set it right. Still got a decent video but would have been better if I had it rolling when it was right overhead. First time I've seen something in my life that would be considered a UFO. I also went to the flight tracker logs to see if any registered craft flew over and nothing. View Report

Looked at a little past 5am and right below the little dipper a set of two lights in a half triangle formation going east to west and tried to get phone out of pocket and the two lights slowly dimmed and then a larger light came on 3 times brighter then the small leading lights, yellowish in color and then that slowly dimmed as well, while still moving east to west along 380. In the East sky about halfway up the horizon at 7:52pm CST there was an object that was thought to be a star in the sky until I noticed it seemed much closer than a star would and had 2 levels, upper and lower. Within moment of noticing it it started to pickup speed and swoosh, shot off southwest and disappeared. View Report

I forgot what day I saw this but it was sometime in November. I was looking at the sky & I saw 2 orange orbs & then they disappeared & formed into 4 orbs & then they formed a square & then disappeared. It was a weird encounter. View Report

Early in the morning in west Texas, I saw an abnormally bright star. I started to record the star and it started to slowly move across the sky. As it moved I could see it was a triangle object with lights on each point. It moved slowly and steadily, only moved after I started to record it. View Report

Odessa Texas. 3 days ago I saw a round object I thought might be a balloon. It was big and round. Looked silver. It was traveling east. No sound. And several miles away I assume. When I spotted it, it started to get lighter in color and then disappeared, in about 10 seconds. I had asked my husband"what is that" as I pointed at it. By the time he turned to look it had disappeared. We continued looking and within 10-15 seconds it reappeared traveling west this time and only lasted several seconds before disappearing again. This w sighting was in Cancun Mexico: On 7 February 2023 around 10p my wife and I were sitting on the observation / smoking deck area of Royal Solaris, cancun Mexico, which is situated 75-100 ft from the water. We witnessed a perfectly round metallic object (size of small car) to the south of us. The object appeared to be gliding at a high rate of speed, along the coast, 20 ft over the ocean surface and probably 150-200 ft from us. We watched in awe as the metal sphere silently glided past us. When it got well past us it sped off like Star Wars light speed, but no after rocket boom or even light. Just disappeared. Upon coming to terms with what we just saw, we realized the wind (heavy winds that night) was traveling along the shore north to south. How was this object able to travel the speed that it was, the straight line it was traveling and no fluctuations in movement. No markings, windows, etc. View Report

Driving north on highway 281 passing by Premont, TX around 7:50pm. Looking to the west skies I saw a long line of square/rectangular white lights approximately 15-20 maybe more. They were moving at a rapid speed from south to north and they suddenly started moving upwards and disappeared one by one into the atmosphere. Semi-truck traffic was heavy and I finally came to a stop. It was too late they never reappeared. Nonetheless, it was an unbelievable yet amazing sight. View Report

Today, I witnessed a small spec, at first thought it was a plane. Instead it was the shape of a box, the reflection of the sun caught my attention. The object had no wings, about 45,000 feet in the sky it turned about 360 degrees or curvature within a split second it disappeared. Sun was bright! About 1245 pm, witnessed from our street. Saw 3 strange objects in Dallas skies. They did not appear like drones or weather balloons or trash bags. They were totally silent, around sunset time, covered and then moved towards left appearing to change shapes. Got a video of them. View Report

Saw a silver orb/ ball with headlights. Obviously a spherical/ beetle shape in the clouds. At first I was confused, I was at work taking trash out behind the movie theater and I was thinking it must’ve been a plane or a drone. But I’ve never seen something of such this size, like bigger than a truck for sure. And the beams of light coming out of the front were shooting like 30-50 feet through the clouds like they were nothing. It was a thick and cloudy night tonight. Whatever it was was too small to be a plane and too large to of been a drone. It disappeared with incredible speed. I’ve seen this type of siting two different times now in the same month. No way this isn’t a UAP or some sort of military technology. The theater produces a huge amount of light pollution, enough to see for miles around. I believe it’s attracting in/ luring in these UAPs might be Russian or alien. Who knows: either way they’re getting closer. View Report

I stepped out of my camper to use the restroom and before I started I noticed a orange ball bright like some and one had an orange tinted flashlight in the sky then out of nowhere it dissipates in brightness and vanishes then reappears closer but to the right more vanishes for the final time and doesn't reappear. Second incident. I saw what looked like a huge white blimp or balloon high in the air about 4 or 5 mi from Randolph Air Force Base. I'm not sure if it was on this exact date, but it was sometime in January a few weeks before the Chinese balloon was spotted. The sky was very white that day so it was hard to see but I was puzzled by what was floating or flying in the air. It did not move like an airplane and it was not shaped like an airplane. It looked round to me. I brought my husband to the window to show him it, but it kind of disappeared into the white sky. Just a minute after in his eyes could not pick it out. He told me I was crazy, but after seeing the white Chinese spy balloon all over the news I felt this was important to report because I do live in San Antonio, Texas where there are many military bases and I live very close to Randolph Air Force Base. At 1839 I was driving down Merrylands DR in Humble, Texas. As I was driving I could see two lines of bright lights spaced apart lined the sky as far as I could see. My wife tells me she see UFOs during the day and night above our residence in the Merrylands Community here in Humble Texas. View Report

My neighbor and were were watching fireworks at approximately 12 AM and at 12:05 we saw a bright, orange, reddish object coming towards us from the south west we thought it might be a firework bundle, but then it started to go north went right over us, change the shapes and continued in the same pan going north east. And definitely not a plane I do have video if interested. View Report

I am currently in North Houston, less then a quarter of a mile from Cypress. I'm from Birmingham,AL and can honestly say I've never thought or really focused or entertained anything involving ufos and stuff. On the 31st I walked to walmart and right before I got to walmart I had an almost urgency to look up. I always have enjoyed star gazing but this was just different all the way around. I got video as well. For 5 solid minutes, if not longer, I recorded this hamburger shaped machine. It flashes white lights on the top and red on the bottom. It doesn't have any wings and it's strange because it just hovers or remains in the same place. After recording I went onto walmart and only was in there about 10 minutes. When I came back outside it was like it was waiting on me, because it was right above me just hovering when I came outside. When I moved or walked no matter which direction or where I moved the machine would follow. If I stopped the machine would stop and hover almost as if it was waiting for me. I didn't Have alcohol that day and no drugs were involved either. When I walked back to my hotel my husband called to see what was taking me so long so I told him and asked him to meet me at the gas station cuz I knew he would hurt laugh and make fun of me. When we met up I pointed the object out and showed how it moved whenever I moved and how it stayed still and almost seemed to watch me whenever I stopped. He had no explanation and couldn't laugh because I showed him how I was telling the truth. He made me feeling uneasy because he said once a ufo comes in contact or before obductions the machines seem to have a connection with their prey if you will. Today is the 3rd and I took my dog out to use the bathroom around 8:30 and 9 pm. While I was outside I saw this machine again and I believe a helicopter saw the object as well because I saw the plane fly in the exact spot that I had noticed rve machine was hovering at. Around midnight I had walked with my friend to the gas station and to get her boyfriend. Her boyfriend was on a road that was never finished so its pretty deserted but sits next to the interstate. Yet again I noticed the hovering machine in clear view and still in my site and above me. Not extremely close but also not so far away where it could be mistaken for anything other than what it actually is. I'm feeling uneasy because people report a sighting and never see anything again for years. I'm not liking that it's been only a few days and numerous and multiple times have I noticed this stalking machine acting as if it's keeping tabs on me. I'm not sure what I need to do or what the next step is but I delicately wanted to report this just incase something happens. Flying over the gulf of mexico at 3:55 pm saw a perfectly round silver ball about 200 feet in diameter between my plane and the ocean below. It shot straight down to the water surface and I snapped some photos. I wish I had been taking video but had my phone on the back of the seat in front of me. I quickly unplugged my iphone and took some Great pics but a im a bit scared to post them. Dont want the government knocking on my door. Took with Iphone 13 pro max. time and day stamped. I followed up by taking pictures of the ocean and tankers to gain a perspective of the sheer size. It was amazing. View Report

I was coming home from grabbing dinner and I saw a bright light in the sky. I assumed it was a plane due to my area having a lot of air traffic with the airport nearby. However, this circle of light was not like the others. There wasn’t the usual blinking red or green that most planes in the area had. It was a ball of bright yellow light and it wasn’t moving. I saw a normal plane flying near it which gave me a clue that it was definitely a UAP. It started fading and I had to run inside so I never saw where it went. View Report

I witnessed a shiny, silver colored, round orb in the sky over Lufkin, Texas. When I first saw it, it looked as if it was very far away in front of me and hovering in one spot in the sky. In the blink on an eye, the object appeared to be much closer and the shape appeared more elongated, or tic-tac shaped. It came to a complete stop in the sky, then I watched it vanish very quickly to the right of where I was. As it disappeared it appeared more circular in shape as it did before. This all happened instantaneously and was during daylight hours. There was no sound associated with the object that I could tell. While stationed at Cannon AFB, New Mexico, about September 1980 I saw a black disk floating over the end of the runway. It was about 6am and still dark but I could see it very clear ascending to the sky very slow until it was very high in the sky and looked like a speck. As others were arriving to work I would ask them if they could see anything in the sky. They all laughed and asked, a flying saucer, I'd say no but I see something. I went inside my workplace and called base operations and asked if they had released a weather balloon and they said no, I also asked if they saw anything on radar by the end of the runway and they also answered no. I did not tell anyone about what I had witnessed which lasted about 1/2 hour because I was military and scared of the consequences of reporting seeing a flying saucer. View Report

At approximately 7:11 pm what seemed to be hundreds of white lights not in a uniform position but more like a cluster moving at the same speed and seemingly using a cloud-like formation to hide in was heading in a southward direction. Location of sighting was in Beaumont Tx. This was being viewed from near Chin Rd. While in backyard, In hot tub, I always lookup. We have full view of the sky. The ISP came across around 8:37 cst. No sooner, I watched a satellite fasterthan normal Move south to north and make an abrupt change to the north and disappeared. View Report

Address of siting: 6th Street San Leon Tx 77539 on the coastline of East Galveston Ba around 3am. Mothership was appx 30' tall cylinder shaped with yellow and white lights hovered on top of the water, no sound, no waves released little lights off the side of it with appx. 10' intervals at least 100 yards the disappeared all at the same. First noticed it and it was out about 100 yards then in an instant it was 20' away in a second. Stayed on top of us for about 4 or 5 minutes. No sound just hovering. Then it just took off as quick as it appeared. Then the next night it was back again. I was a bit scared but not in fear. View Report

East Houston three white lights in formation passed over going at an incredible speed traveling north to south. We were in the hot tub outside in the hot tub as passenger planes were in holding patterns landing at Hobby Airport. I have never seen anything like it. I’m guessing they were at about 2000 feet and flew over us, took a turn up and disappeared into a cloud. I have never seen anything like this. We live near Ellington Field and I’m accustomed to seeing fighter jets. These lights made no sound. The speed was incredible. View Report

Bright white light as bright as Venus moving at a steady pace west to east until to far to see. Lasted 2 min or so. Wasnt starlink it was alone and i think way to bright to be a sat. I see these alot here but i always choc it up to satellites because usually they are much dimmer. View Report

Driving down 121 at approximately 1:30 am and saw a bright light almost looked like a comet going straight down out of the sky with a blue hue with white trailing behind it. It was only seen for a couple seconds and in a blink of an eye it disappeared in thin air. It was too big to be a plane. View Report

Light in cloud I was taking a picture of the storm because of the beautiful color. Monday when I began going through my pictures of work with my wife, she was like oh crap zoom in and look what we took. And there it was clear as day. View Report

I am not positive about the date. I really struggled to share this event. I was getting off of work and i locked the doors and sat the trash in front of the door and I went to put my purse and cell in the car. I grabbed the trash and went around the side of the building and when I got to the side of the building this craft just appeared out of no where. I felt like it was waiting for me to come around that building, I don’t know what it was. It was literally only a few inches above the height of the building. I don’t even know what to say the color was but it hovered and I could not feel any heat nor wind from this craft. It was shaped kind of round in the front but what looked like the front of the craft was dark and and you could not see through the window or glass (not sure what to call it) and I could not see anything or anyone. It look like a bluish like transparent color. It had two round lights that were like spot lights or something and it was like it appeared out of no where. But what didn’t make any sense was how low it was and the poles near our building and the wiring from our building. It’s right there by a 4 way light, this is a busy area and I don’t know how no one else saw it. I’m pretty sure there are cameras there and should have been captured on it. But all I felt like was I did something wrong or said something I wasn’t supposed to have said. The feeling of guilt and or like I shouldn’t have done something made me feel overwhelmed. I had never been so startled or afraid in my life. I kind of don’t even remember how it left, I do think it just disappeared just the way it appeared out of no where. I just remember going to my car sitting in it in shock of what I just saw. I have NEVER believed in ufo of any kind. This happened on the corner of Antoine and victory in Houston. View Report

I was sitting in my yard with my neighbor and my husband and her husband and another neighbor we were at the picnic table by the pond they were over by the truck and the driveway and me and my neighbor looked up and there was a UFO with about 8 to 10 lights in the center of it and one on each end pretty far away from the center but equally spaced on the front and the back. My neighbor used to work for DARPA and he came over after his wife and I yelled at them to look in the sky and they begin looking and comparing but how big they thought it was and they assumed somewhere between 1 to 2 miles long and about 25 to 30 miles away. There was no noise if flew across my pond up to my trailer that is for company and then took a sharp left and disappeared. And it definitely was not anything that I'd ever seen or the we have knowledge of the government has. It was about 10 pm. This UFO was larger than any aircraft I ever seen. View Report

I remember going outside to urinate and take a breath while at the same time always being fascinated in space since I was a kid. So as I'm urinating I specifically land my eyes at one specific dark area and I automatically get this feeling that I'm going to see something, and as that feeling/voice went away I suddenly see a bright white light appear in the sky brighter than all of the stars and much bigger than the stars. Soon after that, I'm just staring at it with almost no emotion and it seemed as if it noticed me and as it noticed me it moves extremely fast and slightly in a diagonal way and then automatically disappears from the sky. And then I just said to myself out loud "what the fuck did I just saw lol" but as well at the same time I was super excited that I had my very own UFO encounter that I knew one will happened, but I don't know I for some reason just get feelings/voices and it always seems to actually happen, so this ain't new to me but of course the experience was. *The date that I put is not the exact date it's just a guess because I somewhat forgot when this event took place but, it was sometime in August View Report

I don't really remember the date but I know it was around mid September, I had just moved to Texas and was sitting on our dock, it was about 10:30pm and I remember looking up and seeing this massive rectangle shaped object with lights all over the bottom in the sky and had to have been at least 100ft maybe more up, at first I thought it was just the stars then I noticed that it was actually an object that seemed to float right across the river going northeast, the whole thing lasted maybe 2 minutes before it was out of sight. I was asleep when I felt myself rising from my bed. I opened my eyes and the one standing to my right saw me and it looked at the one standing to my left and it moved his arm and I felt myself drop back down to the bed. Video a circle that was bright and moving up down stopping in place side to side then it changed from a bright white light to a green one back to white then green again then it went red and then it just disappeared. It lasted for a about 15 mins even after I stopped recording. View Report

I thought it was a meteor shower until they just stopped they begin moving around in Different formations and more were coming outside of the others they were duplicating. In early 1980 I was driving to work taking the back road that stopped before the railroad tracks. It was pitch black at night around 11:30 pm. When I stopped at the stop sign before turning right, I noticed a bright round light hovering over the tracks. I thought at first it was the trains headlight, but it was too high up about 50 ft. I sat there starring at it when I saw it start to move slowly. I then flashed my headlights and it stopped moving. So I started to turn right and noticed it started moving too. So I stopped and it stopped, I again started moving and it started moving. I stopped again and it stopped. My heart was racing so I took off down the road fast and it started moving with me. I was driving by warehouses and buildings and it was behind the buildings so I sped up until I saw it in-between the buildings and at that point I saw flashing lights on the bottom of the light orb. I could not see anything but the bright orb and I remember not seeing the ground light up underneath. All I could see was a bright light following me and acknowledging that it knew I was watching it. But when I saw flashing lights under the orb I knew it had to be a craft of some kind. I also had rolled down my window to see if I could hear it but it was dead silent and that was confusing to me at the time. After seeing it between the buildings I drove as fast as I can to get another look in-between the buildings but as I reached the end of the road at the stop light it was gone. It was mid 1975 in Waco Texas. My husband worked in Houston so I was alone except for the kids. About midnight every dog in the neighborhood started barking and howling. I couldn’t get back to sleep when my little poodle started growling so I got up and went outside. We lived on the edge of Waco with a dead end street and no street lights or commercial buildings. It was pitch dark! I walked around the back of the house and could see a blue glow coming from the corner of the house. What the heck? A few more steps and I saw it. It was a round or oval shape about 8 feet diameter, no doors or windows.. It was a beautiful blue and glowed. Like is common now in electronics. I stared at it for 5 or 6 seconds then it shot straight up and disappeared. I went in the house to bed and back to sleep. Oh, it wasn’t on the ground but about 2 foot above. No sound. I had not been drinking or doing drugs. There’s one thing thats been bothering me. I remember CALMLY going back to bed. No hysterics. After seeing so many abductions lately this seems strange.I only told my husband and a few close friends but learned to keep quiet. I’m elderly and decided to file this as my days are running out. Bright triangle in the clear sky. It appeared out of nowhere then slowly disappeared within seconds. It was as bright as lighting in the sky. Me and my sister saw it around 8:23PM on 9/11/2023 on our patio. We live in a rural area off a county road near Lake Jackson, Texas. View Report

Observed a pulsating pair of round connected blue lights at 11pm 10-7-23. I first noticed the lights traveling from north to south at about 55 degrees from the horizon to the east. The lights stopped suddenly and then reversed course and traveled significant distances in multiple directions. This happened several times. I called my wife out to look but she was unimpressed at the unusual movements of the lights. PI could not tell the size of the object or the distance from my house. After about two minutes of observing the erratic movement of the lights, the lights suddenly plunged straight down to the south east and disappeared from my view. View Report
