Witness Account

Around 4:10 AM on Friday December 5th I was on my way to work, heading east on a rural road when I noticed a red glow in the distance then noticed a second glow. the best way I can describe it is a glowing ball. the 2 red globes where heading right toward each other, in the moment I thought it was 2 helicopters going to crash into each other my heart sank as I thought I was about to witness a head on collision of 2 aircraft. then the two globes simply crossed in the sky if I was to guess I'd say around 3-400 ft off the ground. after making the x pattern the 2 globes headed eastward for approx. 1/4 mile then stopped the globe on the right made a comma shaped movement and then instantaneously was shot straight up out of sight the globe on the left mirrored the globe on the rights movement without skipping a beat.
I had not seen anything like that in my life, a little confused and a little startled I continued on my way to work turning south and coming to a railroad crossing, where I found the crossing arms down and lights on, with no train no workers not anything in sight, then that's when I started to put 2 and 2 together.
since then, I have witnessed a single red/orange globe 2 other times now in the same vicinity.
