Oklahoma UFO Reports

My daughter and were outside looking for the devils comet. We live close to the power plant which is surrounded by lights. We saw this weird orange light that kept getting bigger. We watched as it revealed itself with a wonderful display of lights and it was spinning and moving north. It was approximately 1,500 feet up and it was totally silent. It was a massive craft. I don't know what it was but it was bigger than anything we've ever witnessed. View Report

I was driving west on I44 near I235 at 6:05 pm in Oklahoma City and saw a bright light slowly and steadily moving toward me (to the east) over NW Oklahoma City. It caught my attention because it was in a mist in a clear sky, and had no blinking lights like a plane. In the distance it seemed to change shape from 1 to 2 lights, then back to 1, then 2 again then back to 1. As it drew nearer, it was 1 large misty light, then all at once 4 or 5 more lights burst from it. These smaller lights flew around a bit then briefly aligned in a curved formation before disappearing. At this point I pulled over to film. Though I couldn't see this with my naked eye, my zoomed in video caught another smaller light launch from the larger light. Zoomed in, you can see a bright disk shape within the main light/mist. The light(s) that flitter around it at lightening speeds also appear to have a disc shape if you zoom in. I just read the other Oklahoma report from Heavener last night. It is similar to what I saw. I had happened to meet a global authority on UFO's on a plane last year, and sent the video to him last night. He confirmed it as a "real" UFO encounter. View Report

Tonight in Heavner, a bright star-like light surrounded by a small hazy cloud was moving slowly across the sky in the east toward the south. The light exploded into a bright flash - the color of the light never changing, just a brilliant, bright, star-like white - and then from the explosion, two bright shooting star-like flashes launched from the original light. They left slowly through the sky and the light dissipated about 4 seconds after take-off. A smoke ring (that resemble the sound barrier being broken) came off of the explosion. I was able to video that part. A friend was with me and witnessed all of it. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. It looked fake almost. Like computer generated. View Report

I had just got off work so it was about 610 6:20 PM and me, and one other lady was walking to my car and seen a misty light. It wasn’t very low in the sky and it was coming at us with a ball of mist around it and then all sudden you could see it. It was just a bright light, but then all of a sudden it shoots out two puffs of smoke like if there were two guns on the side of the plane or something shot out two strands of smoke, and then it just started moving in the mist again and then it just disappeared. My family and I were driving home from youth group at church. It was a beautiful night and we saw a shape of a triangle in the sky with what looked like orbs. They began moving in different direction and the lights would go away and then they came back. Then a 4th one popped on. It was unlike anything I have ever seen. View Report

At 8:08pm-8:10pm on 10/03/2023, I witnessed a bright orb of light moving from NNW to SE in the sky in Norman, Oklahoma. It was noticeable because it was the brightness of 10 or 15 airplanes — far, far brighter and larger than any light planet in the sky and larger — and moved at a steady pace and then suddenly disappeared. It had the brightness of 15+ large stars/plants if you grouped them all together. The UFO had no blinking lights like planes do and had no red light like planes do. It was very, very bright. I checked against FlightAware and there were no aircraft moving in that direction in that location at 8:07-8:10. I even videoed airplanes afterward and was unable to replicate what the video of the UFO looked like. In fact, planes are typically not near bright enough to even see in the dark with the camera on my iPhone. They also have blinking lights. View Report

Tonight at 7pm CST in Crescent, OK. Two very bright lights closely spaced just sitting in the sky, relatively low lying (not nearly high enough to be stars)...not moving. Still there as of 8pm. I watch the skies nightly and these are NOT normal and not stars. I have video from my phone... View Report

Very large Old bomber style plane shape? No wings, cargo like? Big window in front. It hovered, moved slowly, hovered. 3 of us seen it at the same time. As we were turning around trees semi covered our vision.not alot.but by the time we got turned around it was gone. We all 3 had a visual and were asking each other? What is that? Why is it hovering? Was pulling out of drive way looked towards the West up into the sky and saw the several lights flying across the sky some irregular formation took video This happened west of Collinsville, Oklahoma My wife witness the lights across the sky.

Watched what we thought was a stationary flight trail heading from grocery shopping in Shattuck to my home between Arnett and Harmon in Ellis county. Slowly a type of cloud started expanding it coming in and out of vision. When we got home it looked like two flying things came out of cloud like anomaly. I took pictures and when they split and took off in different directions slowly at firsts the pic I took from beneath what look like an oval was actually a perfect rectangle. I ran in the house to get binoculars but it jetted off by that time I got back out. Later in evening (this first event happened between say 2:30 to 3:39 pm. ) It was cloudless nice day, before sunset a light would flash to the general northwest took video a few light clouds were moving in and a flash of bright object very shiny appeared I have video. Reported to local sheriff deputy later that night because I was concerned about air traffic as we r in a flight path from AF bases. Sent pics and video to local law enforcement - but no reply or feedback since. What was weird was that flight like trial was almost acting like an anchor to the anomaly that the objects came out of- what we thought was two objects coming out was three in pics. The anomaly stated as a small cloud like thing that grew into an triangular type I guess portal. Almost like a spacex event but not as bright. The pics show the thing expand and objects appearing. I was sitting on the left side of a 737,2 hours after we left Varadero, CUBA, it was 8:15 PM, Eastern time, en route to Calgary, Canada. Approximately over Oklahoma, at 39.ooo feet. I saw a red light with a strobe which flashed 3 times and then saw the red again and repeating, The strobe was way brighter then the other planes lights I had seen earlier. off the left side about a mile away, and matching pace with my Aircraft, I watched it for about 20 seconds as it kept up, Then suddenly it changed course and headed towards us, as it got closer it accelerated and change course ,to keep coming straight at us, Then I could see it start to climb and very quickly it went almost straight over top of us, about 50 feet higher even though we were flying at .78 mach, it was matching our forward speed, while coming at us perpendicular angle and very high speed. Weird, No aircraft known to me can do this., It was a large, grey triangle with a light on each corner, bigger then our 737. Our Pilots did not see anything, as it was off the left side and they claim to look out the front. View Report

Was on US 70 headed towards Madill,OK. At about 532am I saw a circular object with blue lights for approximately 3 seconds in the sky and it took off and disappeared towards the East. Was about 3 miles away from the Marshall County line when we spotted it. My fiancé also witnessed it. View Report

Saw an orange ball of light above a lamp post. The lamp post was up on a hill and the light was right above it. It was about 5:30 am on a cloudless night. The light that I saw would dim then get bright again. It did that several times. It did not move for over a minute then it slowly started to move to the left and gradually moved out of my sight. This is second time in 6 months I have seen unusual lights in that area. View Report

This is a bit late in reporting, but I just found this website. It was in the first week of June, 2019 when I let my dogs out into the backyard at around 3:30 in the morning to do their thing. While I waited I looked up into the black sky to observe the stars, which were quite bright and clear that night. It was dark and very still outside, oddly quiet with not even a tiny sound anywhere….usually I hear a car on the road or an owl in the distance or something, but it was completely silent that night. As I was gazing up at the sky looking for a meteor or anything, suddenly a large ROUND craft came gliding over my neighbors rooftop from the southwest heading northeast. It took me completely by surprise because it was just so silent and definitely not an airplane. There was absolutely no sound coming from it (airplanes make sound). It was round in shape and sort of thick or boxy. It was larger than our largest jets and was covered in hundreds of very dim lights - so dim that I may not have seen the craft at all if I had not been studying the sky so directly. It definitely would not be noticed on a partially cloudy day, it would blend into the clouds and sky. It glided by about as high up as an airplane would be coming in for a landing at the Tulsa Int. Airport from around 101st and Memorial, if you can picture the planes flying in from that distance to the airport. The quiet craft had no wings because like I said, it was round. I was able to watch it silently glide over me for about 7 or 8 seconds, before it disappeared behind large trees and buildings east of me. It was the strangest thing to see just out of the blue while standing out on the back patio in the middle of the peaceful night!! My first thought was, ‘that’s definitely a ufo.’ I wondered if NASA or the military or someone had created a new flight craft that they’re keeping secret, or if it came from another world! But now I wonder if it could have been a type of spy balloon from China or someplace. Drones make a whirring sound, but as huge as this craft was it was silent. View Report

Im not sure if the date, but it was summertime for sure. I was living with friends in a 2 story home in the last house at a dead end road. There was a small patch of woods 10 ft. away from their house, with and old, small red storage shed on it. There was a field attached to the wooded area with a house across the way. They always kept it totally dark at their house at night. You could see nothing. I'd hear strange sounds at night. I stated upstairs and may room had an window that led to the roof. I could hear everything outside. I'd go out and investigate the sounds. The family dog named (Gracie) would always go with me as though she felt the need to look also. Shed always sit about 2 ft in front of me. I would watch her movements and that was my way of knowing that what I heard was actually real and not an overactive imagination. One night it was like 30 people were at different points at the back fence. There were noises everywhere all at once. Loud noises similar to a woman being pleasured is the best way to explain it. Well one night my friend was at the entrance of the garage with the door open, and had his SUV parked there with the hood up. I had gone through the door attached to the kitchen to get a flashlight to help him see. I was coming out and shining the light just playing around. There's a side door once you exit the house which leads to the side of the yard where the wooded area is. There's a small white storage shed there. I shined the light out of the side door, and caught a glimpse of something. It caught me off guard, and I thought to myself "no way!" I shined my light, and yes it was a silhouette of something short standing on a pallet that was leaning against the shed. I couldn't quite make it out but I know it appeared to have a tail like a reptile would. It made me think of a dragon's tail for some reason. I was about 10 ft away so I'm slowly walked closer never taking the light off of the thing that I was seeing. As I get closer my heart started beating faster it was almost as if once I get two feet away I could see it clear my light was shining right in its face and it didn't budge it just stood there facing me looking at me and it did have a tail it was very short at the big black oval eyes one very defined lines in its face but it didn't move at all. I believe my heart literally skipped a beat and for some reason I couldn't turn around. I backed away slowly until I made it back in the garage and I turned around for a brief moment to whisper at my friend I called his name and looked back around and it was gone without a sound. I don't tell many people because No One Believes it I'm not even sure if the people that say they believe me actually do. Although they know that I'm not a liar it's amazing that people still don't really believe it. It has changed my whole View life, what I thought , what I've been taught. I know that I know that I know they are here, and mean no harm. I wanted to know so so bad Why was I allowed to see it? Why? Please if your can help answer this is would be so grateful. This happened years ago and the exact date is unknown but is close to this incident. We never knew how to report or wanted to report it since nobody ever believed us when we would tell this story. I was younger but my mother would drop me and my siblings off, a brother and sister, at a grandparent’s home in Little Axe, a rural part of Oklahoma east of Norman, as she worked nearby and would take us back home after she got off work. She picks us up around 10:00 PM. 20 minutes into our ride home, we see strange lights coming from above that were surrounding the car we were in. We opened the sunroof to get a better glimpse while my mother stopped the car in the middle of the road. No one else was around as it was late at night and the area was somewhat far from any main roads. We were in the middle of nowhere just trying to get home, trees and woods were all around us with a few houses scattered here and there. Through the sunroof we see a cylindrical flying object hovering above our car about 50-100 feet above us with what I remember were yellow lights shining all around. It’s stagnant for about 30 seconds until my mother gets out to inspect further, we all follow her and get out of the car looking at what’s hovering above us. I don’t remember any words being spoken other than my mother saying, “take a picture.” My sister had an old flip phone that she took out of her pocket to snap a picture of the object and as she raised it, the object took off rapidly in an unknown direction. I’m not sure if anyone else had witnessed the UFO we’d seen that night but we were all shaken up afterwards. This story usually stays between the four of us and it’s the most bizarre thing that has ever happened to me and my immediate family.
