It was Oct 31st 2019 around 1230 am i was outside my apartment in moorhead Minnesota when i saw at what i thought maybe a satellite because it didn't have the navigation lights and it wasn't a plane since hector is right past in north Dakota as i watched it moved up then at an angle then disappeared the light was orange and oval shaped
