I happened to be out walking my dog around 7:50 pm and looked up because I always do look up at the beautiful night sky. I saw this circular bright light that looked like a star; it was that far away, and it was going so fast to be a plane and did a U-turn from going east and then going north, then disappeared. It was a matter of seconds and gone.
