I took my dog out for a potty break last night between 7:00 and 7:40 pm Hopkinsville Kentucky. When what I thought at first was a very bright star or planet caught my eyes , I looked up at it for several minutes, then these bright beams of light shot up from it in the air, and it began moving across the sky as it got closer I could see it was some dark object kinda arrowhead shaped it was very bright. Until it began moving in an upward position. And just vanished.
