Shape Shifting Object with White Halo - Stockton, California

A friend at work recorded an unusual object that changed form and traveled downwards towards our company, I’ve been using the frequency 1.6KHz the sound used by skin walker ranch that get responses from UAP. I watched the video and seems to go down at the location where I used the signal. The object has a white halo around it, I slowed it down and was amazed by its ability to change form, then you can see it rise up to the sky.
