Orange Orb in the Area of Phoenix Metro - Scottsdale, Arizona

Happened to notice a very brightly colored orange light approaching from S-SW area of Phoenix Metro. Probably south Scottsdale or Tempe? 8:05pm it caught my attn bc of the color and its movement. I watched it for 2-3 mins and then pulled out my phone as it began to head N - NE it was flying below cloud level until I was videoing the object. It made no sound at all had no plume or exhaust and it was far to stable as high as it was to be a lantern far to bright to be a drone far to high to be so bright - no nav lights nothing to indicate helicopter or airplane.
