Witness Account

Early This 7:15AM. Stockton, Ca. I was driving on North Westlane St. traffic was heavy it was cloudy and looking Northeast I saw a brilliant white light that was twinkling at first probably a jet with lights on but normally would be in a high altitude this was about 2000 ft. High, I looked again and it was still in the same position like it was hovering as I drove moving its direction I got my phone ready to record had to make another turn, A car was in front of me they should be seeing it also among other drivers if they looked into the clouds, In the clouds it stood out being so bright and twinkling the shape was like long cats eye. Finally I was a the right position to record got my phone looked a it was gone. I think it was at the same position for ten minutes and about thousand feet away.
