Hovering stationary
We were heading home going west on Cnty Rd 70, in Weiser, ID. My husband saw the lights first. We knew there were no lights on the mtn where it was located. There is a mtn called Indian Head. It was hovering above it. It was extremely bright and I could make out color changes. I watched it all the way home and it was not moving from it's location. Upon arriving home, I grabbed a pair of binoculars. There's nothing blocking my vision. Through the binoculars, I saw what looked like a firework when it blows up in the sky. It didn't look solid, as it looked like an exploding firework. While watching it, I could see another smaller object to the upper left of the object. With the naked eye it was not visible. The larger object was changing color and intensity of the lights. From extremely bright to dark. It pulsated different colors. It was never a solid color. It was always multiple colors. When the object went darker, it looked like it was slightly tilting, because of less lights and looking more like a disc shape and then going back to the original round 'firework explosion'. It was really beautiful because of all the colors. The smaller object was a white light, but would turn pink and then to red. I could not hear any sound. The smaller object started erratic movement zigzagging back and forth to the larger object. I thought maybe I was shaking and causing that look. I was not shaking. After watching them for about 5 minutes, they slowly moved a short distance and vanished. I was thrilled to see it. I have seen UFO's, only once before a good 62 years ago. That time it was what looked like a mother ship and smaller ones entering and leaving the object. They were a bright orange/red at that time. They were at a high altitude and if you looked away, you'd probably not be able to spot them again. That was in Las Vegas, NV. I'm hoping the objects will return soon. Next time, I'll run to my camera. It took a few hours to get my excitement abated and my heart rate back to normal. It was truly a sight to behold.
