fireball 1994... The most brilliant of the ones I have seen. Perfect spherical, the closest encounter, within 500 yards, maybe 100 to 200 feet up. Brilliant color as if a cauldron of hot metal briefly pausing in the sky and then dissipating light from the outside inward. Lose of time... So we must have been around 15 a friend and I went down the street around 11:00 in the PM to another friends house that wasn't home so we decided to use their trampoline. What makes the "time lose" even more memorable is he had a curfew at 12:00 AM that night. He wore a watch this night which he never did usually. The incident happened, I remember we just woke and all of the sudden it was 1:12 AM. I just didn't seem possible that he would miss that much time. There it is!
