Clear blue sky as I looked west, a bright glow appeared like looking into a flashlight then the light shrunk and started moving eastward then I grabbed my phone and started recording. It flew below 10 thousand feet with no sound or any contrail’s. After it passed I zoomed the light and it looked like a diamond with a pulsing haze around it. I asked a sheriff from another county if they heard anything reported but he said no. I showed him the video and all he said could it be a Chinese drone. I laughed then zoomed in out and responded that’s some weard s**t. He asked if I check Evansville airport tower but I couldn’t find a number to call.
