I was driving down the road on Central boulevard towards downtown and I seen a steady bright light in the sky it didn't appear to be moving and I quickly got my cell phone out and started recording and then it looked like it disappeared there are no stars in the sky shining that brightly that's not a plane and it's not a helicopter it was high above the Charlotte skyline
