West Virginia UFO Reports

Me and my dad were outside adding sections to our beehives. We do this when it gets dark due to them being super docile as twilight passes. Anyway, we finished and were standing on the back porch when suddenly a light appeared in the eastern night sky. It was a streak that went from bottom to top. I thought at first it may have been a meteor or a shooting star, but all of those I’ve seen have shot across the sky or had a falling motion. This was straight up and angled away from us. The bright light was a streak almost the color of a bright yellow. We stood in silence and in shock for nearly a minute and then it started to gradually fade. I ran in to grab the cell phone camera, but it had vanished rapidly when it started to disappear. There was no sounds and by my estimation it was as high as some passenger aircraft that fly over daily. Regardless of what it was.. I know it wasn’t anything I’ve seen before. Such as aircraft or shooting stars we see often. We live in a small community between Point Pleasant and Huntington, WV. Sitting directly on the Ohio river. About 3am there was a ufo over my garage I got it on my trail camera and it was about 8time the size of my garage or bigger. View Report

EXTREMELY bright light flashed once and the second time it flashed it streaked across the sky westward. This is now the second time I’ve seen this happen. Tonight it was so being that I saw it happen through my window curtains. I don’t do drugs/alcohol and I have no history of mental illnesses. View Report

I was driving through Sophia, WV and saw a silver saucer hovering in the sky. I pulled over to take a photo because I was so taken aback. Unfortunately it disappeared before I was able to take a photo. I don’t do drugs or drink and I have no history of mental illness. No one believes me! View Report

I have seen an object in the sky that moves very slowly through the air. This is the second night I have witnessed this and I know it's not a star or satellite my dog is even scared when it appears. View Report

I was outside helping with groceries at around 7pm when I saw a very bright star. I got out my phone and I videoed what I saw. Later that night I watched the video and saw not a star but something that moved very quickly and made turns that a plane couldn’t.What made it clear it was a ufo was that it had three rings that were spinning in the same direction. I was about 8 or 9 years old. It was winter time because it was still dark. I was walking down the block to piano lessons. I just left my house and got to top of the hill. A large round object like the size of a plane but round with multi colored lights appeared and hovered over my head. I screamed bloody murder! The object immediately flew off so fast it was out of site in seconds. I ran to my house so scared and all my neighbors came out because they heard my screams even with doors closed. I lived in Keyser WV at the time. All these years everyone thought I was crazy but I knew what I saw! Thought I should share now that we are hearing about many more sightings.
