Witness Account

I saw an object two nights in a row approximately 18 miles Northwest of my position Latitude 39.526479 Longitude-76.544968. It was bright and had 3-4 lights across and a red light below and stayed in the same position for several hours, from around 9:00pm until 11:00pm.
