I was out on a balcony of a hotel when I saw a black oval UFO. It had its lights off to blend in with the night sky. I looked four times to make sure of what I was seeing. I went inside and came back out. It was gone, so I know whoever was in it saw me. It was silent. No noise at all. It was hovering over the town.
