Florida UFO Reports

At around 9.30pm we were out walking the dogs in Atlantic Beach, FL when out of nowhere a high speed object appeared with a flaming red flash of light after it. It was moving north. We watched it for about 4-5 seconds when it suddenly disappeared. About 3 seconds later it appeared again, it was not moving this time and had a halo around it that was spinning. For the next minute it slowly moved to the east (out on the ocean) until it disappeared again. It was an amazing experience. View Report

About 9pm in Boynton beach Florida, I saw a bright amber light in the west sky. It stayed hovering for about 30 seconds before it moved quickly to the east and stopped, then dropped. It then changed colors moving slowly to the south and disappeared. My wife said she thought it was a drone but, it was very high in the sky. View Report

Around 8 pm we saw an orange light with a tail ascending upward and then it quickly dissappeared. View Report

We were at Disney awaiting a firework display. When in the distance we saw what looked like a fireball enter the atmosphere. It had a tail of fire and everything. It stopped suddenly and just sat there. Then, all of a sudden just disappeared. We thought maybe it was part of the show. But it was too far away and the show didn’t end up starting for another 19 minutes. View Report

Wed Jan 3 about 630 I was heading home after work just north of fruitville rd. I made a left from fruitville rd heading west unto Apex now heading south / I saw a trio of lights red, close together - which seemed odd - they were or appeared to be above celery fields so i figured maybe drones - I thought maybe private jets but they seemed all the same - i actual hit my hazards and stopped off the side to see if they were jets flying in one behind the other heading into SRQ airport but they weren’t passenger commercial for sure - they were low and smaller based on my vantage point - my best guess is some sort of drone but why 3? So front 2 ended up not even heading downward they went up and seemed to split and disappeared into height the 3 rd maybe a steady approach toward the airport but fizzled out I gave up and left it as small planes practice runs or drones fly nighttime air flight device I seen a guy use a flying solo vehicle Monday over the Tatum areas north of fruitville so maybe they have rentals ? Idk . and so I continued on my path home on apex southward and got to Palmer Rd made a right westward , looked over my shoulder and saw another 3 lights trio seemingly taking the same path again from out of the east sky heading over celery fields .. I figure some rational explanation but still curious what it is - found this site - maybe someone knows what’s happening out there . View Report

My brother and I spotted a strange heavy orange glowing object around 8 or 9pm. It looked like it had somewhat of a tail, streaking upward. We thought it was most likely a meteor, but not sure how it would appear like it was ascending instead of descending. Venice Florida. View Report

Around 9:30 PM I noticed several blinking lights in the southern sky about 30° to 45° above the horizon. They looked like drones, but it was odd how many were in the same area, seemingly all headed towards the south-southwestern horizon. When they dipped below the treeline, I walked further away from ambient light towards the southern horizon. Suddenly from the northeast a bright object shot through the sky towards the same area as the drones. It was large and close enough for me to make out a round mass and a long white vapor trail actively forming behind it. It shot across the entire overhead sky at a relatively flat trajectory until it went behind the tree line. This is the direction of the Gulf of Mexico, which is about 30 miles S-SE from my house where I was. No sound, but a lot of dogs started barking all around the neighborhood. Then one at a time the drones started reappearing flying the OPPOSITE direction back towards the N-NW. I ran inside and told my husband and came back out. About 20 minutes later the drones returned, making the same path as the first time. No white object that time, but the drones once again reappeared and went back to the N-NW. I filmed them the second time but then my phone died. Definitely one of the weirdest things I've seen. We have had drones in the area surveilling damage from hurricane Idalia, but I'm not sure why they would be out at night over 3 months later, and that white object was NOT a drone. View Report

It was early morning before sunrise, I was at the end of Safety Harbor pier waiting for the sun to come up. Suddenly I got compelled to turn around to face West. There was strange square object that had 4 distinct lights crammed in it hovering above nearby hotel. These lights flashed different colors and it appeared to also have fast energy zooming around it. I tried to take pictures but it’s was difficult as the lights flashes so fast, I then started to take a video the object started to move North slowly over the buildings. It constantly changed shape appearing one moment square, then round, an undefined shape, a pyramid etc. there were several black sharp cornered things flying into and out of it. I took three short videos until this object started to turn transparent and quickly vanish. It was completely silent. The videos are really grainy and poor quality as it was before sunrise. During peek night of the dracion meteor shower around 11pm while stargazing with my husband. We see what we thought was a bunch of geese flying in a v but it flew over our neighbor's house in our direction. As it came directly above us and flew over our house It wasn't bird's they were lights on a giant V shaped transparent craft.completly silent flying at a slower speed like it was carefully mapping everything out!. We watched it for at least 2 mins before it disappeared before our eyes View Report

15-20 lights moving erratically throughout the sky over Destin, FL. Mostly single sightings but several seen in pairs of two and three. Multiple altitudes, varying speeds. One sighting of a large grouping of 15-20 objects. Closer objects looked yellow/green in light, pyramid shape ‘tumbling’ through the sky. Very strange but sightings corroborated by several passerby on the beach. View Report

I was star gazing around 12:30 am from Thonotosassa Florida and seen red and blue light object flying and disappeared. I thought it was a plane but there was no noise and flew still and went toward east and disappeared..Also there is a great big bushy tree and the branches was moving like something was in it and it scared me because there was no wind for tree branches to be moving so I got spooked and ran in the house. Triangle shaped object spotted traveling west to East at high rate of speed. The shape had only very brilliant white light no other colors but illuminated completely around on all three sides. The night sky was very clear and so was the visual. Definitely not a plane and completely silent. Estimate altitude between 20 to 30 thousand feet. Size looked to be at least as large as a large commercial jet. View Report

Looking to the east toward Ksc I tracked what looked like a star but traveling across the sky going north with no blinking light like all planes must have and was also very high up in the sky! I tracked it for about 10 to 12 seconds then it went up suddenly and disappeared! I've seen this several times always between 4:30 and 5:30 am View Report

I was taking a shower at night and looking out my window from my shower *my view was north. Which is what I do all the time when i shower i look out into my yard. It was overcast more clouds then sky. When I all of a sudden i saw a bright blue, then red ball in the clouds. It was not normal. I live 4 miles from MIA Airport now for 20yrs I know what a plane looks like. This was not a plane. It was not there then it was. I jumped out of the shower and ran outside. FYI planes fly east to west. I started filming. The light which was still there was hiding in the cloud. I took videos and fast photos. In videos you can see the light in clouds never as bright as the first moment I saw while in shower. But it was the photos where I saw a fast white light pass that was not seen with my eyes. I have been actively seeing strange things for years and also filming these sightings for years. It is NOT a drone again I've been filming these sightings for years during the night but lately im seeing them during the day. We have also had strange occurrences happen to us my husband and I in our back yard with baseball sized white balls of light appear out of now where and come towards us while sitting in our backyard. We have seen a black V low flying craft with 5 white lights, no noise after observing and videoing a purple light in the clouds. Our phone stopped working when craft flew over our house. Around approximately 2am to 4am at vassey creek boat ramp in Inglis Florida, two to three lights were seen above the horizon. One light was very bright and a second light was not as bright. A third light would show up occasionally. The lights would fade in and out periodically and move around in the general area and closer and farther apart but did not move around in the sky. The lights faded in and out every few seconds and lasted for over an hour. View Report

I was out back of ranch house, we live open wide Land on the outskirts of Plant City. I was getting some water together to water one of the goats I had to tide out and noticed there was a harvest moon on the left side of the swamp hedge and notice the moon was very pretty so always like to watch the moon when it goes over the swamp. Then I noticed there was a large bright orange light thought it was an airplane because before that it head blue and red lights and it high beam like an airplane does but it had no sound. And it was coming towards the ranch whatever it was did not notice me because we are out in the middle of nowhere and it's so black out there you would never notice anything even a speck of light unfortunately, I have a headlamp that produces 1,000 Candlewood and I use it to walk the ranch do do I have no out lights on the barn. The reason is I like the darkness I can see the stars better at night out there due to the light pollution of Tampa you can't see that stuff anymore, and I noticed it was coming my way so out of curiosity I kill the light and started walking towards the back of the property. And I noticed and said being a large orange object it changed Direction and went right and then instead of being a large ball of Orange it Formed into a line and went straight up very fast and then halfway over the swamp probably 1,000 or more feet up into the atmosphere cannot say how fast or how far it was going in the atmosphere but it was moving pretty good thought it might have been a jet the way it was it disappeared a little bit but I can still see the faint outline of it going up. It disappeared but I can still see a orb around it it reminds me of when the Jets fly over my property all the time during the daytime to break the sound barrier due to the city Folk. Complain about the noise I just enjoy seeing them having fun over my property, and then it just had a blue and red light coming from it and it had looked like a orb or Cloud around it and it kind of turned and head to Lakeland area. It was in a time frame of probably 5 to 10 minutes it felt like watching it but really it was more like three or four minutes. Seen a lot of questionable stuff on the ranch but we are out in the middle of the nowhere so if there's Government testing on planes or something else out in the sky would not be surprised to see it out in the country near Thonotosassa a tree area. Now that I know whatever it is and that phenomenal happens around 11:00 a.m. I will be more Vigilant when watching over the swamp, my aunt said she seen a lot of weird stuff in the 70s over near the swamp area her and I are never bugged out about it but whatever it is it leaves us on and we leave it alone. First I thought it was some kind of meteorite, but meteorites do not go forward and thought it might have been a plane wreck. Gone bad, but whatever it was, hope everybody was ok . After passing Fort White, Fl, I noticed a Red Orb while on my left side, I thought it was strange, when I looked again the Red Orb dissolved and disappeared. Hoping you have information. View Report

At approximately 2300 hrs while walking my dog tonight a very bright large amber colored single light was in the western skies about 20 degrees from top of pine tree's in Keaton Beach,Fl.caught my attention.The orb was so bright it was the brightest light in the sky tonight.I've never have seen anything like this. At 8:39 pm I came out to my backyard to go stargazing, with a relatively decent set of Binoculars. I Live in Apopka Florida, and upon gazing I saw two things one after another. The first was a possibly a satellite of sorts because I saw a small faint dot that seemed to blend in with the stars if it wasn’t moving. I have seen these before, the fact that I have seen at least three-four in the last few weeks makes it seem that they could be common objects. BUT. Not to long after that, I ran into my house to let a friend know what I saw, and asked if she would like to look at Jupiter with me. She was taking too long and I stepped out a few moments before she did. And I was looking to see not much besides the stars. But as my friend joined we saw a white dot that was moving down an area I know planes don’t normally go, especially since there are planes going though this spot and through the same sky path every day. THIS one was not blinking, fully white. And of course because I had my Binoculars I looked at this thing with them. And saw just a white dot. And shockingly as I stared at this white dot moving in a straight line away from me, IT TURNED ORANGE. THEN RED. THEN DISAPPEARED. RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. The shaky binoculars made it difficult to focus steadily but it was gone as it turned from white to red and faded. This just happened to me a few moments ago it’s still quite fresh in my mind. I am standing at the backyard was I write this. I am so in shock by how it seemed to be much closer than the immediate planes near by. And I don’t know what to make of it. View Report

i was star gazing and i saw a strange triangle shaped thing with 4 large lines on it. it moved at a slowish pase and it was almost invisible it blended with the night sky and after a few seconds it dissapeard i wasnt even blinking i was in shock my eyes were on it the whole time and it just vanished.it made no noise View Report

Around 6:13pm saw a small plane flying by in the distance over the Gulf of Mexico. at the time of sighting I was about 1 1/2 miles from the Gulf a round object appeared as plane was passing by and it caught my attention at first I thought I was a incoming plane but soon afterwards another object appeared very close to the first object about 30 seconds later a third round object appeared about 200 feet below the first two. I would say these objects were about 4,000 feet up. Me and my 10 year old son watch the objects for about 4 minutes before they disappeared. Appears to look like headlights off in night sky about 8 pm on 02/28/23 they were pulsating at times and at times just looked like bright white headlights they lowered down to treeline before they disappeared in my pictures and videos no noise from them.were definitely not planets or stars or anything else..I see a lot of stuff from here as I love the night skies I'm always looking at them.stars .. planets and think I know what normal aircraft look like at night as bases and airports are not far away...this was NOT a normal aircraft either I'm sorry I think when I just remarked in your page I said wrong date and also when message you on IM I forgot yesterday was the first so I may have said 02)28/23 but was definitely last night!! Flying object foggy with 2 lights (one as if it was a spotlight for the sky). The object moved from side to side and forward. Changing speeds and moving at different paces. It moved forward and slowly disappeared.It was in my view for about 5 minutes. Saw a bright light come from the west and out of darkness. Then saw a cloud form with a illuminated light on right side.. they moved together as one. View Report

Orange ball of light hovered still above the tree line, then shot off quickly to the side, then disappeared as if flying the other direction extremely fast. View in rural planes flying at that height to our perspective we’re smaller, and with a pulsing light appearance, and most importantly a steady speed. The ball of light visibly slowed down and sped up while moving very quickly to the side. It was not like any drone, helicopter, plane, balloon, blimp, jet, ir anything I’ve ever seen and I lived five blocks from an air force base for 10 years. View Report

It was dusk and I was looking west. A dark object, black, was flying at a high rate of speed about 15000 feet approximately. It was ball or hexagon shaped and had a silver tail behind it possibly from propulsion. The object went directly over my head then disappeared. The sky was totally clear and it vanished into thin air. It was moving about double the speed of a commercial jet. I live next to an airport so i have a frame of reference. It had no lights or sound. At approximately 0730 on 02/24/2023 over the sky in Coral Springs Florida Air Force aircraft flying east to west (contrail) suddenly and abruptly changed course to north, north west alongside appeared a UFO at the same speed then suddenly broadside to the aircraft increasing speed to overtake the aircraft passing it with great speed and disappeared while the military aircraft continued to pursue both became out of view total time I saw it was approximately 1 minute. At approximately 7:30pm on Stock Island I saw a triangle shaped craft with 3 lights going from east to west towards Key West. It was silent. I couldn't tell the speed it was going, but my estimate would be between 100-150 mph. It was also flying a lot lower than a normal aircraft. The object looked translucent, although it could have been black because it was dark outside. In a weird way, it also looked like it was rotating. It didn't seem like it was flying flat like a normal aircraft. View Report

I came out my home at around 4am because I heard a Piece of metal sheeting, make noise I build metal buildings for a living so I’ve got sheeting Laid down in Several spots I thought maybe somebody was trying to steal some material so that’s why I decided to come out with a BB gun in my hands pointing towards the metal building I have in my back yard I pointed towards the building I think it was like three to five minutes I was thinking if there’s somebody there then they’ll see that I have a gun and run but nothing was there and for some reason I look to my left and there it was hovering like 15 feet away and 15 feet up in the air just hovering without making noise I thought maybe it was a sheriffs drone because I was Recently arrested by the Sumter County Sheriff’s Department and I thought maybe they were checking on me but come to think I think it was a UFO because it made no noise and it . Was like 6 feet wide. It had a white lights and as soon as I seen it. It started turning around then the lights turned red two of them like eyes I ran in to put my boots on and to grab my Machete when I came back out it was far I could still see it but not as well as when it was 15 feet away View Report

I was walking my dog at the boat ramp on the Tillman Platte off of Palm Bay road at US1 in Palm Bay Florida I looked up in the Western sky and noticed the two planets that we see tonight that are shining so brightly then I looked to the East, and noticed two similarly bright lights that were together like almost next to each other in the sky they darted about an inch from my vision probably I don't know how far in the sky but from my vision an inch to the left and then an inch to the right and then disappeared both of them I'm assuming they were UFOs I saw one when I was a child and that was that I was wondering if anybody else saw this phenomenon tonight or if it was anything that that could explain that. 7:20 p.m. 2-18-2023,from my balcony facing west at ---- Brantley Road, from my viewpoint was approximately 18 in in diameter a bright white round at the back side more teardropped shape, moving very quickly when I noticed was approximately 80 ft above the tree line and quickly disappeared/descended toward the ground. At first it appeared like a white commet with a red tail coming from the ground but not directly it was at an angle. Then it temporarily disappeared but then reappeared as a red dot that looked like a small distant start but the difference was it was moving and it had what appeared to be a sound barrier forming around it. This morning at 5:58 AM I saw a flying object that had a flame looking kind of tail and when I pulled my cell phone to record it, it broke into 7 pieces of small like lantern lights and floated away without tails on anyone of them.I have video of this after it broke in pieces and kept floating away. At 5:59AM while traveling North on the Turnpike from Homestead, Fl. I witnessed what looked like 7 orange flaring objects. After recording for a minute they just disappeared. I found it weird the way they were moving. Never seen any type of aircraft move in that pattern. I have video of it. View Report

I was driving east in Gainesville, FL, Sunday February 12 at around 10:40am when in the sky, roughly at the eye level of the approaching stoplight but from far away and bigger, something round and neon blue appeared instantly, stayed about 2-3 seconds, then disappeared; a few seconds later it did this a second time, then it was gone for good. I seen in the early morning above Zephyrhills Florida Three different times and three separate days, Last week Tuesday early morning I seen a what I thought was at first the shooting star and then he came into the atmosphere and started burning up and then it starts sparrowing slowly that was looking east or the city of Zephyrhills and it came into four different points of lights white from red to white and then they disappeared in a white white underneath which I thought was just a star behind it then it moved rapidly back and forth sporadically, I recorded it on my Pixel 6 phone. Then this past Friday another object out west of Zephyrhills along white elongated object with lights that remind me of watching a train go down a rail the lights were underneath each other rapidly but not going nowhere off and on and it rotated this whole sphere rotated then last night as I started to take a still photograph of the moon above it I thought oh cool it's satellite it wasn't a satellite it went south like towards over Tampa and it moved all over the place again I recorded that too so I have three recordings by three different objects and three different days I'm sure if I've seen it it has to be on radar I would think or other people have witnessed it especially last Tuesday cuz when it came in it was like a ball of fire real slow motion. Last night 2/7/23 I was walking my dog at 11:57pm and I was star gazing. As he was peeing I saw in the sky a very bright light going straight up at a controlled speed. I took my gaze off of it for a quick second and when I went to look back it was gone. I took my dog upstairs (we live on the second floor) and tan back down to see if it was there, or to see if I saw anything. I saw a few planes which I know they were planes because I saw the blinking red light on the side but I didn’t see the light I had seen before. I am located in Margate.. near coral spring High school.. it was very strange and I refuse to believe I am the only person who saw this because their are homes where I saw this light. View Report

On February 6, 2023 from 8 Ish pm to 10 PM , me and two other people witnessed the lights in the sky… first I noticed a ball of what I thought was fire shooting up slanted the it changed angles and turn off then on.. then it zoomed off and would return over the near by factory I noticed a few smaller crafts flying from under it ..flying super fast and parallel definitely not a plan … this happened in frostproof Florida passed lake reedy it most of took off from a near by field…. I was out riding my bike this morning when I noticed a man looking up. I stopped because I thought it might be a cool bird, but it was this. The man said it was much lower before I got there. Just hovering for at least 5 minutes. I eventually continued on but I saw him before I left the park and he said it eventually "poofed" away (whatever that means). View Report

These ufo type orbs always appear in one area above the building across from me outside at night. They’re always hovering, but not moving a ton. They will eventually either dim themselves until it is not visible or they will just randomly disappear/ slowly move away and disappear afterwards. I’ve been taking pictures of them a few times this week, but today they had formed a triangle. It is very strange in my opinion; others say they’re airplanes but i doubt it because they seem too still to be airplanes, and too… eye catching. I have seen other airplanes bigger than these orbs fly past it in a faster and more usual speed / area. These just appear daily in the same area… - 9:35 P.M View Report

A low flying orange object heading northbound flew over my Condo complex. Originally I thought is was an airplane on fire and crash landing. But it kept flying north. It was silent and not traveling very fast. I watched it for approximately 2 mins. Heading north then it turned east and I lost sight of it. View Report

Very very bright but small green light fell out of the sky at very fast speeds, then made a very sudden and sharp turn only to disappear. It made no noise, and it was very low. I don’t believe that aliens are just roaming earth and helped the Inca and all that, but this was very odd. I’m not saying it was aliens but I’m saying flight logs need to be investigated. I don’t know where it took off from or where it came from. View Report

On January 23rd 2023 at 10:45 p.m. I went outside on my deck to get some air as I was looking up at the stars I noticed what looked like a faint satellite it was white in color I watched it going west and then all of a sudden it made a u-turn and was going east I watched it for at least 2 minutes. 10:30ET Fort Lauderdale, Florida 17 January, 2023, Satellite speed white round object over Oakland Park Florida, covered a few miles going south stopped in sky for ten seconds or so then cut east quickly, gained distance to the point where my husband and I could not see it anymore. 15:30 same day, photo and footage captured of static(still) white object in sky, in more northern Florida direction for maybe 30 minutes. I left for 5 minutes, then saw my father in law to tell him and it was no longer in sight. Object when image zoomed in, looked like a stop sign in the sky or two sets of three white balloons stacked on top of each other with one static line hanging down. When we put photos on adobe light room and enhanced vibrancy they look colorful, but the string at bottom? These would have to be ginormous balloons. Still doesn’t explain why they were still in sky, no movement for so long. Very weird. View Report

Yesterday at around 11:55PM I was driving home when I saw a bright light of fire in front of me. As I continued driving I noticed it wasn't going away so I pulled over to record. It appeared to be a suspended straight line of fire at first, I then observed it diming into a tiny single red ball of light or fire and it disappeared completely. A few seconds later it reappears to the left of where I first spotted it and saw it multiply into many tiny red balls of light or fire. After this, the lights combined to make the single red ball of light or fire again and I watched it go off into the distance with my naked eye until it was too far to see. After SpaceX launch from cape Canaveral and upon booster reentry burn, I took pictures of the booster burn with my cell phone. The following day as I looked at the pictures I noticed an unusual object just south of the booster. When enlarged it looks like a nebula or space junk encompassed in clouds. Flashing white light following civilian plane at high altitudes. The extremely bright white flashing light was traveling west, stopped and changed course to follow civilian plane moving south. Planes do not fly in such a manner and there were no colored lights as required by US law. But the idea of a bright flashing white light stopping on a dime, changing course and speed to fall behind a civilian plane and then trail said aircraft from a distance. Believe it or not, tower does not allow 2 aircraft to be that close together. Nor are planes allowed to fly in US airspace without green and red lights with a white strobe. View Report

Not sure the exact date - a few days within I was in my backyard around 1 am looking up at the stars and constellations,looking for orbiting satellites like I enjoy doing some nights . Heading south on exit 95. We look out the passenger side window and there was an object clearly moving fast through the atmosphere. We believe it was some sort’ve meteor or fireball. But the object split into 2 then there looked to be a bunch of smoke surrounding the area in the sky. The object turned from blue to red after like 15 seconds it split. One continued in a direction that could be perceived as north I-95 highway. The other disappeared until we looked straight ahead. I was standing outside in my front yard around 8:45pm the sky was moderately cloudy with a full moon. As I look Up I see Something for in the distance that I could Tell was circular with red, green, and a flashing blue light flying kind of fast but in a circle in one spot. In Bay County FL, I was driving south on 77 just south of Sand Hills.at about midday... I looked up at about a 45° angle, a little to the West and saw what I thought was a jet liner heading for the airport... But I didn't see a fear wing. It turned side ways and it was a dark triangle with a berry visible "border" or "frame"... But while running to have a clear view through branches, we saw 3 more identical units behind the first. My son saw fast moving lights in a formation making no noise and traveling horizon to horizon in about 10 seconds. Around 3 AM and 7 or 8 nights in a row after Hurricane Ian. I was in vacation in Montana and heard him talk about it and he finally got them on video on his iPhone 13. I flew home on October 8th and saw them too. We are both commercial pilots. I fly for American Airlines. They were not drones or satellites. Very dim lights - about as dim as stars. High altitude. Sometimes a white color and often orange or reddish. Formations would remain firm or suddenly change during flight. We would say they were about 5,000 to 20,000 feet, but could very well have been higher. One night my son Chase said there was a 20,000 foot overcast according to the weather report in Naples, FL and they were below that. They would come in 10 minute to 4 hour intervals. It's not necessarily extraterrestrial, but we can't imagine anything going that fast with no sonic boom or noise. They were definitely making their own light. Not a reflection or beams of light from the ground. Most nights there were clear skies. View Report

I was fishing at Maria Sanchez lake in St Augustine early morning before sunrise. I constantly look to the sky at night.. I saw the regular starlink sats occasionally pass over. Roughly around 6:10am a green laser beam appeared horizontally over the edge of the coastline of the ocean. It was as high as a commercial jet crossing the ocean, possibly more. This light had to be a half-mile or a mile long. It stayed lit, from what seemed to be two points, and travelled east, farther over the ocean, for roughly 15-20 seconds. My grandma and I were driving back from Miami Florida, heading home to Fort Myers Florida. We took I 75 S going home. About halfway through we saw a bright light in the distance. She was driving, I wasn’t. Out of nowhere what seemed so far away dashed to the drivers side, and was so bright it was blinding. It then zigzagged to my side, then to the rear passenger door, back to the front, and then it zoomed off into the distance again. The way it moved, there was no way this was a drone. Once that finished neither me nor my grandma said one word to each other for about a minute. The silence was a bit much for me so to ensure I wasn’t crazy I asked her if she had just saw that. Her reply was “oh thank god, it wasn’t just me”. We talk about this time to time still, by far one of the most creepy, and unexplainable experiences I’ve ever had. This was long ago but I wanted to have it at least on some public record. Myself and 2 friends were all outside in front of my house playing under a tree. Sitting and chanting, The Craft had just come out for rent so we had been watching that and got our chanting inspiration from it. As we sat and continued our silly chants a large, circular flying object seemed to come out of nowhere. Hovered above us almost directly above the tree we sat under. It was silver/grey, rotating and had multicolored lights. We all got scared as you can imagine a bunch of 10/11 year old girls would. My 2 friends lived next door and the other 2 houses down, all on the same side of the road as my house. The one next door ran into her home, the other friend and I ran to her house two down, I wanted to make sure she got home safe so I went with her. We went inside her house for approximately 1 - 2 minutes. We went back outside to see if it was still there, by this time it was still flying near/low but slightly higher than the tree line and was making its way down the road maybe 3 blocks or so but still visible. It was still daylight out not quite even dusk so it was and still is odd to me that nobody else reported seeing it. It was maybe around 7-730pm. Seeing it made its way far enough for me to feel safe I ran home back to my house. That was the last I saw or heard of it. My 2 friends and I still can recall it with great clarity to this day. Date is approximate. My wife and I were sitting in the backyard on a moonless night. We both noticed a dark object moving North to South. It was hard to make out its shape as there were no lights. It would block out clouds and the star field. What caught my attention was the scattered clouds were moving from the SE to the NW and the slow moving object stood out against that motion. Seemed very low as the clouds were probably around 2000’. To this day it still gives us chills and those few moments are seared into my memory.
