I was walking in the woods, where we live, around 6:57am and I happened to look up and I saw a disk that appeared to be moving but it remained in the same spot. It was very high up. A small single engine plane flew under, and it was lower. I watched the item for about 5mins, and it did not move so I called my husband. He drove to where I was and he also watched with me. He took some photos. Then the same plane flew by again. I left and continued my walk. The whole 30mins while I was walking the silver disk remained in the same spot still appear to be slowly rotating. The same plane also flew by it several time. When I was about 2 blocks from my home, The item disappeared. The airplane flew down a lot lower as I got to my house. I thought it was going to crash but it was okay.
