UFO Report from Dunnellon, Florida

I was walking in the woods, where we live, around 6:57am and I happened to look up and I saw a disk that appeared to be moving but it remained in the same spot. It was very high up. A small single engine plane flew under, and it was lower. I watched the item for about 5mins, and it did not move so I called my husband. He drove to where I was and he also watched with me. He took some photos. Then the same plane flew by again. I left and continued my walk. The whole 30mins while I was walking the silver disk remained in the same spot still appear to be slowly rotating. The same plane also flew by it several time. When I was about 2 blocks from my home, The item disappeared. The airplane flew down a lot lower as I got to my house. I thought it was going to crash but it was okay.

mufon49676 : I have a reported case of a similar event in the same area one day later. I am hoping the witness that submitted this UFOIndex report will respond to this post and provide information as to whether the UFO in question had lights, how many, color, placement and modulation. I wish to compare this to the case I am looking at from 9/21/2025. Ideally, I would like to reach the submitter of this report.

maxbic63 : Sorry for delayed response. No lights and it did not move for at least 20-30mins. I was told that it was a weather balloon, but it really did not look like the photo. The object looked like a cylinder UFO from what I have found online. https://youtu.be/6e9xczaYd-k?si=LaUSDYclMCHdOj67
I know that weather balloons move, and they do not look like that. I just agreed with the person because I am very educated, and I know to never really argue with anyone. I am just old enough to know to just keep it to myself. For years I have experienced things that I do not speak of not even to my husband. I would not have reported this sighting if it weren't for my husband. He took photos.
