In this picture I went walking up the sidewalk and I pointed towards I believe it's a cell phone tower and for some reason there was this bright light up there on top but however did look like someone was like on top of the cell phone tower like there were people on top of it or something well I'm trying to upload the picture hope you can see it. Topeka, Kansas 2026 01-9-2026
