Saw an orange ball of light above a lamp post. The lamp post was up on a hill and the light was right above it. It was about 5:30 am on a cloudless night. The light that I saw would dim then get bright again. It did that several times. It did not move for over a minute then it slowly started to move to the left and gradually moved out of my sight. This is second time in 6 months I have seen unusual lights in that area.
